Bathurst Broadcasters Pty Limited is the owner-operator of 2BS 95.1 FM and 99.3 B-Rock FM both solely owned by Bathurst residents Ron and Stephanie Camplin.

2BS & B-Rock remain one of the very few locally owned and operated broadcast operations in Australia. Proprietor Ron Camplin has been in radio since 1948 and in 1995 he was awarded an Order of Australia Medal for his services to commercial radio broadcasting and the Bathurst community. In 2002, Ron was inducted into the Commercial Radio Australia ‘Hall of Fame’. Bathurst Regional Council named its Honorary Freeman Award “The Ron Camplin Award” in 2008.

 

Bathurst Broadcasters prides itself on its strong relationship and support of Charles Sturt University. There are currently 15 members of staff that have graduated from, contributed to, or lectured at Charles Sturt University.
